2 - Payment Methods
Payment may be made by Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo or Electron cards via our secure e-payments provider HSBC. Alternatively we can now also accept payment using PayPal or Google Checkout. Sorry – we do not accept cheque payments.
    
Orders placed by Telephone or Fax will not qualify for free postage. Charges for orders place this way are £4.00 for 2nd Class mail, £5.00 for 1st Class & £6.50 for Next Day Delivery.

3 - Postage Details
When you have placed an item in your shopping basket (minimum order value £10), click the 'Checkout' button and on the next page you will be given the option to specify your delivery method based on the costs in the tables below. Working Days are classed as Monday to Friday, but exclude Public Holidays.
UK Deliveries Delivery times are guaranteed only where indicated, and apply to in-stock items only.

4 - Stock Availability / Delivery Information
Every item on the website has an availability indication with it, which says either 'In Stock', or a number of working days (which means it would normally be this long before the item comes into stock). If you are ordering multiple items with different availabilities please see below (Ordering Items with Different Availabilities) for details of how your order will be fulfilled.
To work out the Total Dispatch Time of your order you need to consider the Availability of the item(s) you are ordering, plus the expected Dispatch Time. Here's how to work it out:
(Availability Days) + (Dispatch Time) = Total Dispatch Time
The estimated dispatch time is indicated above in the Postage Details section.
Ordering Items with Different Availabilities
Your order may be dispatched in separate consignments as and when individual items come into stock.
5 - Returns, Refunds, Exchanges & Incorrect Deliveries
With your order you will receive details of our returns procedure - i.e. what to do if there is a problem with your order. We aim to deal with all returns within 5 working days of receipt.
If You Need To Return Something
If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please return it to us in an unused condition within 14 days of receipt, and we will happily exchange it for you, or refund you the value of the unwanted item.
If your purchase is for a specific occasion (i.e. Birthday/Christmas) please state on your order the date the gift will be given, and our 14 day returns policy will commence on that date. We suggest you obtain proof of postage, and insurance, in case the item is lost in the post.
Confirmation that we have received your return will be communicated to you by email.
If We've Made An Error With Your Order
If we've made a mistake with your order please contact us by email within 7 days of receipt - quoting your name, order reference number, and the nature of the problem.
We will send you a prepaid Royal Mail label that you can use to return the incorrect item to us. Please retain the original packaging.
If You Have Asked For A Replacement Item
We will dispatch this to you (subject to availability) within 24hrs of you notifying us of the error.
If You Have Asked For A Refund
This will be made to your card when we receive the returned item, together with any postage you paid for the initial delivery.
Guidance On Returning Items
Please note that we can only reimburse your return postage costs up to the amount you paid for delivery on your original order. We suggest you obtain proof of postage, and insurance, in case the item is lost in the post.

All footwear on our website is indicated in UK and European sizes.

9 - Privacy Policy
Once you have placed an order with us we retain your email address, and from time to time may send you information on new products introduced to the LeatherShop website. An option is given on any emails to unsubscribe from this service, but should you wish to stop receiving these emails please click here and you will be taken to the relevant page on our website. You can opt in to our mailing list again at any time from the same page.
We do not send any marketing material through the post. Any information we collect is not passed on to third parties or outside companies, and is used by us to provide you with the best possible service.
