Payment may be made by Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo, Electron or American Express cards via our secure e-payments provider Protx. Alternatively we also accept payments made using PayPal. Sorry – but we do not accept cheque payments.
Orders placed by Telephone or Fax do not qualify for free postage (unless ordering products by The Bridge). Postage costs for orders placed this way are £4.00 for 2nd Class, £5.00 for 1st Class & £6.50 for Next Day Delivery.

Stock Availability
Every item on our website has an availability indication with it. These are:
'In Stock'  | all colour (and size where applicable) combinations are in stock and available for dispatch |
'In Stock'  | most colour (and size) combinations are in stock, but some are awaiting delivery from our supplier |
| 'Delivery Time' | This is the time we expect to receive this item from our suppliers |
To work out the Total Dispatch Time of your order you need to consider the Availability of the item(s) you are ordering, plus the expected Dispatch Time. Here's how to work it out:
(Availability Days) + (Dispatch Time) = Total Dispatch Time
The estimated dispatch time is indicated in the “Delivery & Payment Options” section.
Ordering Items with Different Availabilities
Your order may be dispatched in separate consignments as and when individual items come into stock.
Our returns policy
If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please return it to us in an unused condition within 14 days of receipt and we will happily exchange it for you, or refund you the value of the unwanted item.
If your purchase is for a specific occasion (i.e. Birthday/Christmas) please state on your order the date the gift will be given, and our 14 day returns policy will commence on that date.
If You Need To Return Something.
We suggest you obtain proof of postage, and insurance, in case the item is lost in the post. Confirmation that we have received your return will be communicated to you by email within 5 working days.
If We've Made An Error With Your Order
On rare occasions (because we’re human!) we make mistakes. If you think we’ve sent you the wrong thing please contact us first as we are unable to refund return postage.
When contacting us please quote your name, order reference number, and the nature of the problem. We will send you a prepaid Royal Mail label that you can use to return the incorrect item to us.
If you have asked for a replacement item we will dispatch this to you (subject to availability) within 24hrs of you notifying us of the error.
If you have asked for a refund this will be made to your card when we receive the returned item, together with any postage you paid for the initial delivery.

Leathershop.co.uk is the online trading name of Cox of Yorkshire – a family business established in 1921.
If you’d like to come and see us we have a large shop in the Shambles in the wonderfully historic City of York.
Our normal opening hours are:
Monday to Saturday – 9.00am to 5.30pm
We are normally closed on Sundays & Bank Holidays

If you are unsure of your hand size, measure around the palm of your hand (excluding the thumb), and this measurement in inches will give you your size.
Privacy Policy
Once you have placed an order with us we retain your email address, and from time to time may send you information on new products introduced to the LeatherShop.co.uk website, and details of any special offers or promotions we are running. An option is given on any emails to unsubscribe from this service.
Any information we collect is not passed on to third parties or outside companies, and is used solely by us to provide you with the best possible service.
Contracts
A contract for the supply of the goods will not come into existence until we transmit an email to you confirming the dispatch of your order. This does not affect your statutory rights.
